These terms apply to the purchase and use of the Bar Staff Onboarding Toolkit (the “product”) from BarStaffAcademy.

1. Who we are

The product is offered by BarStaffAcademy, registration number 92168116, Westervoort, Nederland. Contact: contact@barstaffacademy.com.

2. Digital product and delivery

The product is a digital download package (PDFs, checklists and a Notion template). After successful payment you receive a download link by email immediately. Nothing is shipped physically.

3. Licence and use

You purchase a non-exclusive licence for unlimited internal use within your own organisation. Resale, redistribution, publication or sharing outside your own organisation is not permitted.

4. Price, payment and VAT

Prices are shown in euro and, where applicable, inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider. You automatically receive a valid invoice by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing you agree that delivery begins at once and that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the download is available. Questions about a purchase? Contact contact@barstaffacademy.com.

6. Intellectual property

All content, text and design remain the property of BarStaffAcademy. You obtain only the usage rights described in these terms.

7. Liability

The product provides practical guidance and is not legal advice. Laws and regulations (including age limits and allergens) vary by country, region and municipality and change; always confirm your local rules. BarStaffAcademy is not liable for damages arising from use of the product, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of BarStaffAcademy, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
